- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences. Master's Degree in Engineering or Sciences, preferred, ideally with emphasis on Biomedical Engineering or Systems Engineering. Minimum 3 years in a systems engineering, systems integration, or product development role preferred.
- Demonstrative technical proficiency, scientific creativity, collaboration, and a successful track record that has involved independent thinking. Preferably the candidate should have experience working in the medical device industry, developing products that are subject to CE marking or FDA approval.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
