USC Department of Medicine is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will support the Finance team and will perform regular financial reporting and analysis; extracts and evaluates data from multiple University financial systems; performs analysis to assist in business financial planning and budgeting; monitors receivables from University affiliated departments and other contracted vendors; coordinates purchases and reimbursements; other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with outstanding computer skills particularly in Microsoft Excel functions, such as Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and IF Statements. Also, the candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be attentive to detail, and able to work independently.

Preferred Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of financial analysis experience and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel (pivot tables and charts, formulas, data validation), Access (creating tables, relationships/joining, queries, forms and reports), and PowerPoint. The hourly rate range for this position is$34.79 -$35.00
