You are:

A professional looking to drive organizational improvements and create value for clients by designing and implementing processes that integrate strategy, technology and people. Accentures Anaplan Managers reengineer the way our clients do business by maximizing efficiencies across functional, industry, technical and/or digital areas.

The work:

  • Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
  • Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
  • Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
  • Determine methods and procedures for new assignments with guidance.
  • Ensure decision-making positively impacts the team in which one resides.
  • Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Heres what you need:

  • Minimum 5 years of combined performance management consulting or corporate experience. Experience must include a solid understanding of the planning function.
  • Minimum 5 years working knowledge and expertise in the performance management function. This may include, but not limited to, data, planning, analytics, and technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience designing and/or developing EPM solutions, preferably Anaplan
  • Bachelor's degree

Bonus points if:

  • Experience designing and/or developing solutions with other planning and analytics technologies such as Oracle Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive, Host Analytics, etc
  • Anaplan Model Builder Certification
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
