Reporting to the Sr. Director, E-commerce, the Sr. Manager, E-Commerce is responsible for leading the development and execution of Red Bull's E-Commerce brand marketing strategy across pureplay, delivery, and brick-and-click platforms. You will own the e-commerce brand content and asset development and management for all e-commerce platforms, including channel-agnostic evergreen assets to drive best-in-class brand presence and consistency with the shopper. You will work with cross-functional partners, including E-Commerce Sales, Advertising, Product Marketing, Beverage Initiatives, and the broader marketing organization (Sports, Culture, and Media Network) to help create business plans and develop activations for this emerging channel.

- 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably with a lifestyle brand
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strategic thinker and passionate for achieving long-term success via hands-on, solutions oriented approach
- Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with E-Commerce operating models (Amazon, Delivery platforms, Brick & Click)
- Experience in supporting and facilitating cross-functional projects across sales and marketing
- Operate comfortably within the domain of Information Technology..." techy by nature"
- Sales-orientation, understands sales drivers and connections between executional data and performance
- Analytical background and ability to analyze complex trends and data
- Experience managing external partners to high quality of execution
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
