The Director of Downstream Product Marketing is responsible for creating go-to-market strategy and
overseeing its execution for the Sun Nuclear Patient QA product portfolio. The successful candidate will
translate the company's commercial objectives, market opportunities, and product portfolio into a cohesive
market strategy for the Patient QA segment. He / she will focus on each product and solution in the portfolio,
the market, and buyers, and is chiefly responsible for developing strategies to drive adoption of new and
existing products. Experience with demand generation, messaging and positioning strategy for products, and
leading commercial launches is crucial for success in this role.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
* Develop clear product positioning and compelling value propositions for robust portfolio
* Collaborate with product line managers to produce best-in-class marketing strategy and launch plans
* Create sales enablement tools, including product datasheets, presentations, playbooks, etc.
* Generate digital campaigns, messaging, content and thought leadership in support of new releases
and ongoing business
* Establish benchmarking against internal growth goals and trend lines
* Maintain competitive fact base; including competitor successes, product offerings, positioning, price
structure, how to sell against, etc.
* Create competitive product comparisons and battlecards
* Develop a relationship with global commercial organization and support sales teams by providing
product and competitive information and input and feedback on sales plans
* Train Sales Teams on new product or solution offerings
* Define and prioritize target audiences and segmentation within each addressable market across a
varied marketing mix
* Gather and analyze market data (users, prospects, competitors) as input into marketing strategies
and material
* Participate in product strategy and "upstream" product development activities as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* 8+ years of product marketing experience, including B2B, capital, software and hardware
* Experience in the global healthcare sector preferred
* Possess strong social, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize deliverables
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
* Minimum of Bachelor's degree with a preference for strong academic performance
* Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and basic statistics
* Very strong written and verbal communication skills
* Preference for familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation
* Willing to travel 15%
