The Sr. Analyst, Special Projects will manage a robust portfolio in alignment with the business' strategic goals and initiatives. This portfolio includes projects impacting key Village initiatives and multi-year objectives, such as reducing hospitalizations, increasing Home modality, and driving provider based solutions for integrated kidney care through a focus on providers. They will gain a strong understanding of the business while interacting and partnering with cross-functional teams to determine what new provider solutions and products will result in the greatest overall impact to clinical quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate first-principles thinking in analyzing problems and engaging with teammates, will leverage hypotheses--based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities, and be inquisitive, detailed, and results-oriented.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics and Solution Development: Builds quantitative and qualitative data sets and used them to define KPIs and independently design and test solution prototypes. Owns stakeholder management engagement processes, develops pilot structure, communication plans, and reporting/dashboards. Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; providing recommendations to scale/not scale solutions and ensure handoff to appropriate stakeholders.

2. Problem Solving: Develops strategy for research methods. Conducts primary and secondary market research to define and understand problem, test hypotheses, and develop solutions and recommendations. Use empathy as well as analytical thinking to understand and frame problems.

3. Project Management: Leads strategic project management efforts of key initiatives, creating and managing cross functional teams to achieve project timelines, defining scope of work, dependencies, and establishing project charters. Use data to inform strategy formulation for project work streams and defining measures of success. 30%

Partner with key internal stakeholders, including but not limited to other Physician Experience teammates in the Product, Education & Training, and Operations lanes, the Office of the Chief Medical Officers, field operations, Legal, and Compliance to build cohesive strategy to drive physician behavior change. Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences. 5%

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

4 to 6 years

Bachelor's Degree

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS

Healthcare experience Preferred

Project management experience Required

Market research experience Required

Customer experience management and/or user experience Preferred

TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS

Will require travel up to 25% a needed.

Salary/ Wage Range

$55,000.00-$75,500.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
