Pay: $22.00/hr - $27.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: Candidates applying for this role should have at least 5+ years of A/P experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), and experience working with Accounting/ERP systems. Knowledge of Syspro is preferred but not required.

Job Duties: This Accounts Payable Specialist position involves handling full cycle A/P for multiple companies, processing a high volume of transactions, matching, coding, and posting vendor invoices, managing paid and unpaid invoice files, and assisting in the preparation of weekly check runs, including running A/P aging reports.
